Divide & Conquer

Our next assignment is to take inspiration from various artists, and then choose one thumbnail to draw from our previous exercise, and exectute a similar style, or technique.

I found my inspiration from an artist's work that was found on the urbansketchers blog. The artist is Liz Steel . I love her "skecth-like" technique. Her lines are crisp, but do not have a "drafted" feel. She also has careful use of color with punches of it throughout the composition. It brings the drawing life, but does not over power it.
